Privacy Policy

Durable Performance Lab ("we," "us," "our") operates the Durable Performance Lab mobile app and website (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. You may optionally provide your name.
Workout and fitness data. We store your training program progress, including which sessions you've completed, and the reps, weight, and sets you log for each exercise. This data is used to track your progress and is visible to you and your coach.
Messages. If you message your coach through the app, we store the content and timestamps of those messages so the conversation can be maintained across sessions.
Subscription information. We store your subscription status (active, trialing, canceled, etc.) and identifiers linking your account to our payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your payment card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe. See Stripe's own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Device information. If you enable push notifications, we store a device token used to deliver those notifications to you. We do not use this token for any other purpose.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to:
Provide and maintain your account and training program access
Track and display your workout progress and history
Enable communication between you and your coach
Process and manage your subscription
Send you push notifications you've opted into (e.g., coach replies)
Respond to support requests
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
Who We Share Information With
We share information with the service providers who help us run the app:
Supabase — our database, authentication, and hosting provider
Stripe — our payment processor, for subscription billing
Apple — for app distribution and push notification delivery
We do not share your information with any other third parties, and we do not sell it.
Your Rights and Choices
Access and correction. You can view and update your profile information within the app.
Deletion. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data — your profile, messages, and workout history — at any time from the Account section of the app. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.
Communications. You can stop receiving push notifications at any time by disabling them in your device's Settings app.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed from our systems, with the exception of records we're legally required to retain (such as billing records, per Stripe's own retention requirements).
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be communicated through the app.
