A Lifelong Athlete Who Coaches Like One

I've been competing since high school -- swimming, marathons, Ironman, ultramarathons, adventure racing. I got into strength training as a teenager after reading Arnold's Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding, and it's never left me.

The Marine Corps taught me how to coach. My career as an endurance athlete taught me what the body is actually capable of. And getting older has taught me that the right strength work isn't just about performance -- it's what keeps you in the game long-term.

I'm in my 50s and I'm still riding, still training, still showing up. I want the same for every client I work with.
